Invigilators are the face of the British Council during an exam. They supervise candidates to ensure that examinations are conducted safely and according to the regulations of the relevant examination board and British Council standards.

Role overview
We are looking for strong team players, with fluent English, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Work load may vary, depending on the number and size of our exams sessions. Candidates should be able to work on a very flexible timetable, including weekends.
We offer an hourly-based remuneration and the unique opportunity of acquiring valuable experience.
The work will involve:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Offering registration services to students/ exam candidates and members
- Ushering of incoming students, placement testing, and invigilation
- Data entry
The selected candidate should be able to display the following personal requisites
- At least higher secondary or high school level certificate or equivalent.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
